Location: Albany, NY.  This is an in office position with occasional customer site visits 
Pay: $35–$45/hr, Depending on Experience 
Team: Managed Services

What You’ll Do

  • Provide hands-on IT support for desktops, servers, networks, and applications.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently and professionally.

  • Collaborate with team members to maintain high service standards and meet SLAs.

  • Keep clear, detailed notes in our systems and communicate updates to clients.

  • Go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction — every time.


What We’re Looking For

You’re someone who:

  • Enjoys helping people and communicates clearly.

  • Doesn’t give up easily — you dig in until the problem’s solved.

  • Finds answers even when the path isn’t clear.

  • Has a “do whatever it takes” attitude.

  • Has experience with:

    • Microsoft operating systems (desktop & server)

    • IP networking (firewalls, switches, wireless)

    • VMware and Remote Monitoring tools

    • Office 365, Google Workspace, and backup solutions
