Monday–Friday
6:00am–1:00pm (7.0 hours daily)
Start and end times may vary slightly based on location needs
Daytime-only hours (no nights or weekends)

Food preparation including salads, sandwiches, slicing, and cold prep
Wash, trim, and prepare vegetables and fruits
Portion desserts, salads, and fruit for serving
Set up and break down serving lines
Serve food during meal periods
Operate dish machine and wash pots, pans, and utensils
Operate standard kitchen appliances and equipment
Assist with cleaning and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas
May serve as cashier as needed
Assist with vending operations
Deliver food to off-site BOCES facilities as required
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Perform other duties as assigned by management
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Basic understanding of kitchen operations
Possess current driver's license
Training will be provided
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical job duties (with or without reasonable accommodations)
