We’re working with a well-established company seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant for their Rochester office. This role is perfect for someone dependable, organized, and looking for consistent hours in a supportive environment.

- What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll play a key role in keeping daily operations on track:

  • Assist with scheduling, calendars, and team coordination
  • Create and manage work orders and service tracking
  • Communicate with clients and vendors (follow-ups, updates, confirmations)
  • Support procurement tasks and order tracking
  • Assist with invoicing coordination and administrative documentation
  • Help manage inventory and support shipping/receiving
  • Keep the office organized, stocked, and running smoothly

  • Reliable and consistent with strong attendance

  • Strong communication skills
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace (Monday.com/QuickBooks a plus)
  • Prior admin, customer service, or office experience preferred

-Schedule

  • 25–32 hours/week
  • Typical shifts: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • Fully in-office
  • No evenings or weekends

- Compensation & Perks

  • $19–$21/hour
