🔍 What You’ll Be Doing:

As an Access Associate, you’ll be the go-to organizer behind the scenes, ensuring that all surgical and procedural appointments run smoothly and on time. Your top-notch communication and organizational skills will help keep patients and providers on track!

Daily Responsibilities:

• Manage and update patient medical records with accuracy and confidentiality

• Schedule patient procedures and appointments

• Greet, check-in, and check-out patients with a warm, professional touch

• Obtain necessary authorizations for imaging, testing, and infusion treatments

• Assist patients with billing inquiries and guide them through medical charges

• Handle phone calls, emails, and patient concerns with care

• Coordinate incoming and outgoing medical documentation and mail

• Monitor office supplies and ensure everything is running efficiently

🧠 What We’re Looking For:

• At least 6 months of healthcare experience, especially with medical terminology

• A strong communicator with excellent customer service skills

• Quick learner who’s tech-savvy and proficient in Word/Excel

• Someone who thrives in a structured, supportive, and team-driven environment

• A pro at staying organized, managing time, and handling confidential information responsibly
