Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $45,000–$50,000
Bonus: Eligible for year-end bonus based on company profitability
Our client, a locally owned full-service furniture management company, is seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join their growing team. Their customer-centered approach and meticulous project management have earned them a reputation for delivering exceptional installation experiences.
We are seeking an organized and adaptable Project Coordinator. This role is being added in anticipation of a growing sales team, and will play a key role in ensuring seamless coordination between sales, operations, logistics, and installation.

Support the Sales Team with quoting, order entry, and administrative coordination
Create budgets and quotes using industry-specific software and Excel
Process orders through the company’s core web-based platform (non-negotiable system)
Maintain accurate and organized records including customer and project data, sales reports, and inventory information
Communicate with customers primarily via email to provide updates and support
Respond to inquiries, assist with scheduling, and provide product and pricing information
Schedule inbound logistics/trucks and coordinate installation once product is received in the warehouse
Process invoices, match purchase orders, verify approvals, and manage vendor payments accurately and on time
Support sales, design, and operations teams with scheduling, paperwork, and file organization
Ensure deadlines are met and adapt to changing priorities
Maintain company quality standards and support quality assurance processes
Prepare materials for meetings and presentations (occasionally using Canva or PowerPoint)
Manage expenses, assist with event/travel coordination, and perform general office duties
Strong proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and CRM databases
Experience with quoting, order entry, and budget tracking preferred
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
Positive, professional demeanor
Associate's degree preferred
Quickly understanding internal workflows and systems
Staying organized despite multiple moving parts
Communicating clearly and professionally
