Job Title:  Ceramic Tile Installation

Pay Range: $22–$27 per hour (based on experience)
Location: Rochester, New York (with daily travel to customer sites) .  Work van provided. 

Position Overview

TES Staffing is seeking an experienced Ceramic Tile Installer to join our growing team. This role focuses on high quality tile installation on residential and commercial projects and is ideal for an installer who takes pride in craftsmanship and reliability without crew leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Install ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone tile accurately and efficiently

• Prepare surfaces, including cleaning, leveling, and waterproofing as required

• Measure, cut, and lay tile to ensure clean lines and proper alignment

• Mix, apply, and clean grout; ensure proper curing and finish work

• Follow project plans, drawings, and instructions from foremen or project managers

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site

• Use company-provided tools and equipment properly and responsibly

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements

• Previous experience installing ceramic tile preferred

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

• Dependable, punctual, and professional on job sites

• Personal hand tools required
