This role is essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing top-tier service to clients.

🔹 Pay: $22/hr (Based on experience)
🔹 Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Your Role Matters!

Warehouse Operations (30%)

• Keep the warehouse organized, stocked, and running smoothly
• Pull materials for job orders and update inventory using a computer system
• Work closely with the Warehouse Manager to maintain back stock

Delivery & Logistics (40%)

• Safely load, transport, and unload materials to job sites in Buffalo and Syracuse
• Plan efficient routes and deliver materials on time
• Represent the company with professionalism and excellent customer service

Equipment & Safety (10%)

• Oversee vehicle safety and maintenance
• Keep up with documentation, inspections, and licensing requirements

What You Bring to the Team:

✔ High school diploma/GED
✔ 1+ year of warehouse and/or logistics experience
✔ Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
✔ Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
✔ Ability to operate a forklift & pallet jack (or willingness to learn)
✔ Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office/Google Apps)

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse
• Comfortable occasionally visiting construction sites (safety equipment provided)
• Willingness to work occasional overtime to meet customer demand
