You’ll play a key role in setting up new client contracts and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

🛠️ What You’ll Do
- Input and manage client contracts with 100% accuracy (we see you, spreadsheet pros ✨).
- Review and verify contract documents — every detail matters.
- Keep billing info up to date: pricing, cycles, terms, and more.
- Partner with leasing teams to confirm all the fine print.
- Coordinate updates with internal teams and clients to keep everything aligned.
- Manage customer accounts for things like moves, cancellations, and changes.
- Support billing and meter collection efforts (don’t worry, you’ll be trained!).
- Tackle other admin tasks as needed — variety is part of the gig.
📌 What You’ll Bring
- High school diploma or GED ✔️
- Bonus points for experience in data entry, customer service, or billing — but not required.
- Comfortable generating and sending invoices.
- Detail-driven with strong organizational skills (you probably color-code your calendar).
- Great communicator who can keep things clear and professional.
- Self-starter who can stay focused and flexible in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
