Collaborate with the founder and team to identify and fill operational gaps
Operate independently with confidence while staying aligned with the team’s goals
Qualifications
1+ years experience in employee benefits, insurance. Extra points for working in Dental Claims
Comfortable in a fast-moving, lightly managed environment

Chill work culture – 8:00 to 5:00 or 8:30 to 5:00
Own office (no cubicles—for now), with vision for future call center growth
Dogs welcome 🐾
A tight-knit, laid-back environment where your work truly matters
This Role Is for You If...
You want to be a cornerstone of a small, growing company
You work best with trust, autonomy, and clarity
You enjoy variety, problem-solving, and direct client interaction
You’re excited to contribute meaningfully and help shape how things get done
