Details:
- Location: Collegetown
- Hours: Saturday–Wednesday, 5:45 AM–2:15 PM
- Pay: $18/hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to service requests via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Create, assign, and dispatch work orders to appropriate teams.
- Monitor building systems and address alarms promptly following protocol.
- Assist with operational troubleshooting and prioritize critical tasks.
- Maintain detailed logs of maintenance and facility activities.
- Provide support during emergency situations and prepare related documentation in National Incident Management System (NIMS).
- Manage critical facilities information, including absences, on-call lists, and operational schedules.
- Manage CSC Control Center (comprehensive management program which houses critical facilities information – absences, shutdowns, staff work location, weekend and holiday hours, after hours, on-call, off-site, elevator, fire panel, vehicles list, critical phone numbers, waste/recycling)
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in customer service or facilities support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and meet deadlines.
- High school diploma required; higher education preferred.
