Details:

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM
  • Pay: $18/hr FIRM 
  • Full benefits upon permanent hire

Role Summary:
As a Service Dispatcher, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations by coordinating service technicians, resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records. You'll prioritize calls, handle escalations, and provide excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dispatch service technicians promptly, minimizing response times and ensuring efficiency.
  • Document dispatch activities accurately using automated systems.
  • Resolve customer service issues and escalate complex inquiries when needed.
  • Maintain and update customer records; assist with billing and account inquiries.
  • Expedite parts orders, process supply requests, and support contract administration.
  • Handle customer calls with professionalism and provide timely resolutions.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3+ years in dispatch or customer service troubleshooting roles.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Skills:
    • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word).
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
