- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM
- Pay: $18/hr FIRM

Role Summary:
As a Service Dispatcher, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations by coordinating service technicians, resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records. You'll prioritize calls, handle escalations, and provide excellent customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dispatch service technicians promptly, minimizing response times and ensuring efficiency.
- Document dispatch activities accurately using automated systems.
- Resolve customer service issues and escalate complex inquiries when needed.
- Maintain and update customer records; assist with billing and account inquiries.
- Expedite parts orders, process supply requests, and support contract administration.
- Handle customer calls with professionalism and provide timely resolutions.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years in dispatch or customer service troubleshooting roles.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
