We are seeking an experienced, organized, and people-focused Property Manager to join their dedicated team. Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:00a to 5:00p) occasional off hour showings Pay: Starting at $50,000/yr
What You’ll Do: 👥 Tenant Relations & Admin:
Handle service requests, questions, and complaints with a helpful, professional attitude
Communicate updates via emails, newsletters, or property portals
Manage move-ins, signage, and tenant info manuals
Organize tenant events and appreciation programs
Keep accurate contact info and emergency records
Oversee all public-facing messaging and package delivery systems
🛠 Property Maintenance:
Coordinate inspections, security, and emergency systems
Dispatch engineers for service calls and make-readies
Oversee janitorial, landscaping, and curb appeal
Keep up with compliance (elevators, fire safety, permits, etc.)
Manage vendor info, contracts, and building signage
👨👩👧👦 Staffing:
Hire, train, coach, and support your team
Lead daily and monthly team check-ins
Monitor quality of work with regular inspections
🏡 Residential Leasing & Marketing:
Manage social media, listings, and online presence
Conduct tours, process applications, and sign leases
Recommend pricing and renewal strategies
Track marketing efforts and conversion metrics
Handle reviews and reputation management
💰 Accounting & Budgeting:
Build annual budgets and manage purchasing
Lead rent collection and invoice processing
Maintain accurate lease and payment records
💡 Strategy & Reporting:
Spot and share ideas to boost NOI and performance
Keep leadership in the loop on trends and issues
Provide regular reports on leasing, metrics, and market insights
You Should Have:
3+ years in Property Management
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and Property Management Software
Clean driving record and valid license
Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform light physical tasks
Flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends
