TES Staffing is proudly assisting a security company local to Rochester to find a Sales Consultant for their tight team. This is not your average security company. With over 25 years of experience, this team keeps leveling up. Two years ago, they brought in a powerhouse Service Director who’s leveled up the operations and built a rock-solid service team. But here’s the thing: we need you to get this rocket off the launch pad.
What’s the Mission?
This company is sitting on a goldmine of opportunity: cutting-edge security solutions, certified and trained to support big-name brands in the security industry, plus a hungry team ready to install and service everything you can sell.
They have great clients, from manufacturing plants to higher education to massive day care networks, but we need a relentless prospector to knock on doors and open up new accounts in a two hour radius of Rochester.
Forget stale territory. You’ll chase down architects, engineers, electrical contractors, with a goal of getting the firm spec’d in from the ground up. You’ll revive old accounts. You’ll upsell. You’ll cross-sell. If you’re not the type to cold call and hear no a hundred times to get that one yes, then please don’t apply.
Who Thrives Here?
Maybe you’re a retired cop or first responder who understand and values solid security system.
Maybe you’ve been selling tech or subscriptions like cloud storage, maintenance contracts, radio solutions.
Maybe you don’t have security experience yet, but you know how to close and you love the chase.
Bottom line: You need grit. Energy. And the fire to build relationships that stick.
What’s in It for You?
Base pay that starts around $50K (will increase for the right person), plus 10% of gross profit on every deal. No cap. Paid every other month. You close it, you keep earning on it.
