The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
8+ years of professional software development experience
Proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server
Hands-on experience with a modern front-end framework (Svelte preferred, React, Vue, or Angular accepted)
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on complex projects
Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills with junior developers
Bonus Skills:
UiPath or other RPA software experience
Knowledge of mortgage, fintech, and/or title industries
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior developers, fostering professional growth and ensuring best practices across the team
Conduct QA testing for new functionality
Develop and maintain unit and integration tests
Build and deploy scripts, services, and stored procedures on top of a back-office WinForms smart client/SQL Server application
Gather requirements and develop new RPA processes
Deploy and maintain bots and automation features
Balance front-end, back-end, and systems development as needed
Navigate Windows development and production environments
Manage multiple tasks, adapt to shifting priorities, and deliver clean, maintainable code
Collaborate with business stakeholders to interpret requirements and implement scalable business logic
Compensation:
Starting salary of $135,000/year (with additional growth opportunities)
