The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- 8+ years of professional software development experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server
- Hands-on experience with a modern front-end framework (Svelte preferred, React, Vue, or Angular accepted)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on complex projects
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills with junior developers
- UiPath or other RPA software experience
- Knowledge of mortgage, fintech, and/or title industries
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior developers, fostering professional growth and ensuring best practices across the team
- Conduct QA testing for new functionality
- Develop and maintain unit and integration tests
- Build and deploy scripts, services, and stored procedures on top of a back-office WinForms smart client/SQL Server application
- Gather requirements and develop new RPA processes
- Deploy and maintain bots and automation features
- Balance front-end, back-end, and systems development as needed
- Navigate Windows development and production environments
- Manage multiple tasks, adapt to shifting priorities, and deliver clean, maintainable code
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to interpret requirements and implement scalable business logic
- Starting salary of $135,000/year (with additional growth opportunities)
