Pay: $18/hr
Contract to hire, with full benefits upon full hire
Position Outline:
- Set-up client contracts as assigned.
- Review contract paperwork for accurate details for contract set up in system.
- Maintain contract billing data by consistently inputting and updating billing data related to contracts including customer details, contract terms, pricing, and billing cycles.
- May work with leasing partners to ensure accuracy
- Coordinate with associated internal and external teams regarding changes and ensure smooth and efficient transition.
- Manage current customer accounts for processing removals, relocations, cancellations and other tasks as needed.
- Support meter collection and contract billing efforts. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school Diploma or GED
- Demonstrated experience in data entry, customer service, order processing or billing preferred but not required.
- Must have ability to generate and send invoices to clients.
- Must be organized and detail oriented.
- Must have ability to communicate effectively with customers and Toshiba team members.
- Must be self-motivated with ability to work in fast paced environment and the ability to multi-task.
- MS Office Suite Knowledge
- Must have ability to multi-task and learn with on-the-job training as well as self-learning.
