TES Staffing is thrilled to be partnering with a privately owned and successful lighting company. Working with both commercial and residential customers, our client has installed some of the most impressive LED lighting projects in the area! We are working closely with our client to interview and hire an exceptional Office Administrator for their eight-person office on the North side of Rochester. This is a dynamic role where someone will have to wear multiple hats, have client interaction, and make this job their own! Job Duties:
Communicate with clients and vendors via phone and email
Order entry to process and manage purchase orders for clients
Review contracts, understand the product and project
Inventory tracking of components and supplies
Assist with shipping
Assist with entering accounting systems
Send out and follow up with customer mailings
Engage new and existing customer on service offerings
Qualifications:
Must have a can do attitude. “That’s not my job” is never acceptable
Strong experience with Excel and Outlook
An organized and positive attitude
Experience in a kitchen/bath/lighting/cabinet store excellent experience, but not required
Details:
Monday – Friday, in office- 8a-5p
Salary: Depending on experience, $35k-45k
