Job Title: Customer Account Specialist (Hybrid)

Location:Rochester, New York (must be within 30 minutes from greater Rochester area) 
Schedule: Hybrid (In-office Tuesday and Wednesday; Remote Monday, Thursday, and Friday) 8a-5p
Pay: Starting at $18.85/hour.  Will increase to at least $20 within four months 

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Account Specialist to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role is ideal for candidates with at least one year of experience in a call center or high-volume phone/email environment. You will be responsible for managing high-priority accounts, ensuring exceptional service while performing data entry and utilizing multiple software platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for high-priority accounts, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date account information through meticulous data entry.
  • Generate and analyze reports to track account status and performance metrics.
  • Utilize multiple computer software platforms to manage customer interactions and data.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and enhance service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Actively contribute to team goals and participate in training sessions as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or heavy phone/email capacity.
  • Strong proficiency in data entry and navigating multiple software systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage high-priority accounts with a customer-first mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
