TES Staffing is partnering with an innovative startup company that provides exceptional care to individuals managing chronic health conditions. Located on the eastside of Rochester, this organization is making a meaningful impact—and they’re looking for immediate help as they grow.

We’re hiring a temporary, full-time support staff member to assist with a transition to a new electronic health record (EHR) system. This role is ideal for a college student, recent graduate, or someone looking to fill summer hours while contributing to an important mission.

🛠 What You'll Do:

• Transfer patient data from the current EHR system to a new one

• Conduct outreach and communicate with patients to support a smooth transition

• Assist staff with various administrative tasks related to the system change

🌟 What We're Looking For:

• Someone tech-comfortable and quick to learn new platforms

• A clear communicator who enjoys helping others and interacting with patients in person and over the phone

• Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable

📌 Position Details:

• $20/hour

• Full-time, 35–40 hours/week

• Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4 PM or 9 AM–4:30 PM

• Temporary, starting ASAP and running through August
