TES Staffing is actively seeking a Business Development Rep for a family-owned IT company local to Rochester. This company specializes in providing a wide array of Information Technology and Audio-Visual solutions to businesses with a heavy focus on value, integrity, collaboration and relationship building. They offer a full line of IT managed services, including 24/7 monitoring, network administration, data backup/restoration and cyber security.
What we are looking for:
A bright, articulate, outgoing person with excellent writing skills to:
Make 30 to 60 outgoing phone calls/daily
Write 30 to 100 emails to businesses/daily
With a goal of: obtain 20 quality appointments for our sellers each month, register 50 attendees at one of our company events or a combination of both.
Produce quotes, take phone calls, co-coordinating service for the customer and whatever else is necessary to assist the customers of the sales reps that are meeting with customers and prospects.
If successful, the Business Development Professional can be promoted to a Sales Person after two or more highly successful years.

COMPENSATION! This is a Direct Hire role with a $40k base:
10 per appointment scheduled and 4% of gross margin on new clients generated by the BDP for the first year of a new customer
2% of gross margin on each winning quote generated.
Expect a MINIMUM of $50k in first year
