Job Description: JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Key Performance Indicators:
Create reports for dashboard needs.
Prepare and circulate custom reports weekly and monthly
Update monthly budget to actual spreadsheet. Revise budget quarterly/annually per Managing Attorney specifications.
Accurate Bookkeeping/Recording of Payables, Receivables and Client Expenses.
Post firm expenses, fees and disbursements, client disbursements (cost advanced), to operating account, client disbursements (Paid from Escrow), post transfers between accounts. Data entry of accounts payable into correct budget categories, assist with reconcile and client billing as needed. Run pre-bills and bills.
Prepare and populate excel spreadsheets for management reports that require advanced excel skills, attention to detail and urgency
Assist with budgeting, budget monitoring, fiscal planning.
Assist attorneys with collection as needed.
Monthly, quarterly, annual reporting, provide reporting to CPA and CEO/Principal, provide internal controls for spending and resource management.
Reconcile Bank Accounts, Corporate Card and Line of credit.
Prepare pre-bills and finalize bills.
Process and execute check requests.
Degree: At least an Associates in Accounting
Proven experience working with minimal supervision
