Shift Lead – Frozen Yogurt Shop

Location: Henrietta
Schedule: Afternoon/Evening Shifts | Weekdays & Weekends
Pay: $17–$18/hour + tips (averages ~$20/hour)

About the Role

TES Staffing is partnering with a frozen yogurt shop looking for a dependable, upbeat, and hardworking Shift Lead to help run day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on role including serving customers, keeping the shop spotless, and stepping up without being asked.

This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys interacting with families and kids, and can stay productive during downtime. If you’re the type of person who sees what needs to be done and just does it, you’ll thrive here.

⚠️ This is not a sit-down job. Cleaning is a major part of the role.

What You’ll Do

• Open, run, and close the shop during assigned shifts
• Deliver friendly, positive customer service (especially to kids and families)
• Maintain a very clean store -  cleaning, organizing, and sanitizing
• Handle cash register transactions accurately
• Monitor inventory and assist with light ordering and restocking
• Make occasional supply runs using a company card
• Stay productive during slow periods by following a detailed cleaning checklist
• Lead by example and support teammates

• Comfortable working with kids and families
• Honest, trustworthy, and detail-oriented
• Willing and ready to clean a lot — this is essential
• Able to work independently and manage downtime productively
• Own vehicle required (for occasional supply runs)
• Food or customer service experience is helpful, but attitude matters more than experience

Schedule & Hours

• Typical shifts: 2:40 PM – 9:30 PM (with closing/clean-down until ~10:00 PM)
• Occasional 12–5 PM and 5–10 PM shifts
• Mix of weekdays and weekends (at least one weekend day required)
• Full-time 36–38 hours/week
