Customer Service Specialist - Hybrid

  • Monday – Friday: 9:30-6:00pm
  • Pay: Starting at $17/hr
  • Hybrid Model: Work from Home (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
  • Workstation provided
  • Training: 4-week training module
  • Start date: September 6th

Job Description:
  • Provide outstanding customer support through inbound calls and chat bot functions
  • Articulate accurate explanation surrounding participants benefit plans
  • Accurately document participant information in proprietary software
  • Work with team members to resolve client concerns
  • Operate in multiple computer systems such as email and databases simultaneously

  • Minimum 1 year experience taking inbound calls
  • Experience with benefit administration is a plus but not required
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers
  • Capacity to work from home efficiently
  • Capability of maintaining confidential information
