Assist in the day-to-day operations in support of the Continuing Education’s Healthcare training programs’ sales goals and objectives. Ensure accurate collection of sales data, student and client registration and retention. Inside healthcare sales responsibilities along with operational administrative efforts. Extensive telephone, face to face and computer work responsibilities. Immediate full-time opening with full benefits along with 401k
(While preferred, this position does not require the candidate possess a background or experience in the healthcare field.)

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED:

  • Associates Degree or higher required
  • Minimum 3 years’ sales and customer service experience required
  • Minimum 3 years’ previous administrative experience required
  • Telephone and networking experience
  • Supervisory and/or management experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point and type 35+ wpm
  • Ability to work independently and oversee a busy office environment
  • Excellent communication, customer service, organizational and problem solving skills
  • Critical thinker
  • Ability to interact well with students, staff, and facult
