Inside Sales Representative- Direct Hire

Offering high income potential, a great benefits package, lots of vacation time, paid training and the best work environment you could ever hope for, we are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Representative to join this team.  With a “hunter” mentality, you will be expected to:
 
  • Assure that customer accounts, contacts and contact information are kept current and are accurate in the CRM system
  • Assure that customer accounts are classified correctly in the CRM system based on pre-determined criteria (Lead, Prospect, Client, etc)
  • Work with Management team to assure that the “next step” is define, scheduled and executed for each prospect
  • Create strategic marketing lists based on account industry, account location, account classification, account activity and account adoption of products & services
  • Nurture leads generated from marketing efforts using pre-determined process and procedures
  • Set 2-3 qualified sales appointments for Solution Advisors each day
  • Make 100-150 outbound sales calls each day
  • Assist with administrative sales and marketing work
  • Pursue the vision and live the values of customer obsession
  • Keeps abreast of the business, regulatory and economic environment in which the company, its clients and shareholders operate
  • Develop rock solid relationships with outside sales team
  • Maintain the confidentiality, integrity and availability of all customer information assets
 
 
Contribution to “Customer Obsession”
  • Be incredibly responsive to inbound inquiries from existing clients
  • Qualify all leads and prospects to ensure the pursuit of “Ideal Customers”
  • Empower Solution Advisors to secure the next great customer by regularly setting qualified sales appointments
  • Be attentive and forward thinking about the development of accounts; be sure that there is always a “next step” to take and that accounts are not neglected
Qualifications:
  • Associates Degree in Communications, Business Administration or relevant study
  • Experience working in an inside sales position – 2 years or more
  • Experience working for a service organization operating in a B2B Model
  • Exceptional understanding of sales prospecting and appointment setting
  • Exceptional understanding of B2B sales strategy and selling principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Extremely organized and detailed oriented
  • Passionate about helping people
  • Possesses a Do-What-It-Takes attitude
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Details:
  • This is Direct Hire opportunity with an excellent benefits package
  • Salary + Commission.  Salary- based on experience $38 - $45K.  With commission, first year earnings projected to be $50-60k. 
  • Growth plan looks like an Outside Sales role or Inhouse lead
