Interior Design and Space Planner/Commerical - Direct Hire

Monday-Friday 8a-5p, in office

You will work alongside a team of dynamic, creative workplace designers, practicing high standards for design, providing a high level of customer satisfaction, and serving as a collaborative member of a project team including sales, project management, and procurement support.

Responsibilities will include applying creative expertise and design services to support new and existing clients. You will work alongside a team of dynamic, creative workplace designers, practicing high standards for design, providing a high level of customer satisfaction, and serving as a collaborative member of a project team including sales, project management, and procurement support.
- Review Design Request with Manager and appropriate Sales Staff.
- Meet with client to understand needs.
- Measure client space to avoid installation problems in field.
- Prepare layouts.
- Provide Assistance to client for color/fabric etc. selections.
- Prepare Materials board if required.
- Provide initial Budget Specifications for client.
- Work with client for final design layouts and secure client’s sign off.
- Prepare final drawings and specifications.
- Submit drawings and Specifications for final checking to Operations.
- Submit Installation package to Operations.
- Work with manufacturers and vendor reps to obtain education on new products and offerings, along with receiving samples and other pertinent information
