Product Marketing Specialist - Direct Hire

TES Staffing is collaboratively working with mid-sized, local software company to find a Product Marketing Specialist for this highly successful organization.

Their customers range from Fortune 500 companies to consulting designers.  Our client offers full range of services to the Electronic Design industry. This includes a complete range of software tools, consulting services, product training, and technical support for the entire PCB Electrical CAD design process

The Marketing team works collaboratively with the Sales and Technical teams to ensure all information, materials and communicate are sound.  The is a full-service Marking job to define 

and manage product marketing activities for various product lines and work within the marketing team to devise, implement, and execute product marketing plans for our offerings.

  • Monday-Friday 8a-5p.

Day to day duties to include:
  • Develop marketing plans and strategies to drive growth objectives
  • Perform competitive analysis and track market tends
  • Work with marketing team and technical stakeholders to develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Work with content and design teams to develop engaging content and campaigns that match our target market and drives desired outcomes
  • Manage and report on KPIs providing insight into overall product line health
  • Identify key partnerships and collaborations that would benefit the brand and our customers  
  • Lead product and release launch activities including definition, promotion planning, and follow-through
  • Responsible for customer satisfaction throughout user lifecycle from acquisition to ongoing use and adoption

  • BS/BA in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 2-7 years’ experience in related B2B marketing environment
  • Experience managing software products preferred
  • Experience working in technology and CAD software strongly preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent copy editing and proofreading skills and understanding of standard style guidelines
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment
  • CRM experience a plus
  • Experience with desktop publishing tools (e.g. Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) a plus
