IT Support Technician (Onsite – Albany, NY)
Starting at $23/hr | Full-Time | In-Person Only

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused IT Support Technician to provide onsite technical support for one of our valued clients in Albany, NY. This role is ideal for someone with strong troubleshooting skills, a professional attitude, and a passion for delivering outstanding service. You’ll be responsible for resolving help desk tickets, maintaining systems, and performing minor upgrades across a variety of hardware, networking equipment, and software platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the onsite IT contact for the customer, prioritizing and resolving technical issues efficiently.

  • Troubleshoot and repair laptops, desktops, printers, and peripheral devices.

  • Perform regular maintenance and updates on hardware and software systems.

  • Provide support for Office 365 and assist with mobile device configurations.

  • Deliver basic end-user training and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Document all service activities, issues, and resolutions in the service management system.

  • Represent the organization with professionalism and a "do-what-it-takes" attitude.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of desktop support experience in a business or enterprise environment.

  • Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving issues related to hardware, software, operating systems, printers, and networking.

  • Experience supporting and administering Office 365.

  • Familiarity with basic networking protocols and equipment.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to support and troubleshoot mobile devices.

  • Valid NYS driver’s license.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Google Workspace (formerly G Suite).

  • Prior exposure to Active Directory environments.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

  • 8-hour shift

  • Onsite work only (Albany, NY 12203)
