IT Support Technician (Onsite – Albany, NY)
Starting at $23/hr | Full-Time | In-Person Only
We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused IT Support Technician to provide onsite technical support for one of our valued clients in Albany, NY. This role is ideal for someone with strong troubleshooting skills, a professional attitude, and a passion for delivering outstanding service. You’ll be responsible for resolving help desk tickets, maintaining systems, and performing minor upgrades across a variety of hardware, networking equipment, and software platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the onsite IT contact for the customer, prioritizing and resolving technical issues efficiently.
Troubleshoot and repair laptops, desktops, printers, and peripheral devices.
Perform regular maintenance and updates on hardware and software systems.
Provide support for Office 365 and assist with mobile device configurations.
Deliver basic end-user training and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Document all service activities, issues, and resolutions in the service management system.
Represent the organization with professionalism and a "do-what-it-takes" attitude.
Required Qualifications:
1–3 years of desktop support experience in a business or enterprise environment.
Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving issues related to hardware, software, operating systems, printers, and networking.
Experience supporting and administering Office 365.
Familiarity with basic networking protocols and equipment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to support and troubleshoot mobile devices.
Valid NYS driver’s license.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Google Workspace (formerly G Suite).
Prior exposure to Active Directory environments.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
8-hour shift
Onsite work only (Albany, NY 12203)
