What You'll Do
- Float between outpatient primary care and family medicine practices to provide clinical support and staffing coverage.
- Room patients, obtain vital signs, and prepare patients for their appointments.
- Assist providers with clinical procedures, injections, medications, and treatments within your scope of practice.
- Provide patient education and support patients throughout their care.
- Assist with phone triage, patient calls, and follow-up as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and update electronic health records (EHR).
- Adapt to the workflows and needs of different practices while helping maintain an organized, efficient patient-care environment.
- Step in during planned coverage needs and unexpected staffing gaps to help keep practices running smoothly.

- Active New York State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Previous experience in an outpatient or physician-office setting
- Reliable transportation to travel between practices throughout Rochester and the surrounding counties

- Ability to adapt quickly to different teams, environments, and workflows
