What You'll Do
As a Customer Care Support Representative, you’ll help ensure customers receive prompt, professional, and accurate support. You’ll manage incoming requests, coordinate service activity, and work with internal teams to resolve issues.
Responsibilities include:
- Process incoming customer supply and service requests by phone, email, fax, and other established methods
- Review customer account history and usage to help ensure appropriate products and quantities are shipped
- Answer customer questions regarding orders, supplies, equipment, service visits, shipments, and product issues
- Provide customers with updates regarding orders, shipments, and deliveries
- Coordinate and dispatch Service Technicians according to established procedures
- Ensure customer calls and requests are addressed and returned in a timely manner
- Handle customer questions, complaints, and concerns with professionalism, patience, and empathy
- Perform routine account troubleshooting and assist with resolving customer issues
- Maintain and update customer accounts, records, and internal systems
- Track and update orders, including shipping and transit information
- Accurately document customer interactions, service activity, and resolutions
- Monitor supply requests and account usage to help ensure accurate fulfillment
- Perform other related duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
You'll be successful in this role if you have:
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, order processing, account support, dispatch, or administrative office work
- Excellent communication skills and professional telephone etiquette
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
