TES Staffing is partnering with an established, rapidly growing women-owned commercial flooring contractor to find an experienced Lead Flooring Installer for their Central New York team.
This is a company that keeps its crews busy.
If you're tired of wondering where the next project is coming from, this is an opportunity to join a contractor with a strong backlog of commercial work throughout Central New York. You'll travel to jobsites across the region, lead quality crews, and have the support of an experienced office team that understands what it takes to get work done in the field.
What You'll Get
We're not looking for someone who simply tells people what to do.
We're looking for the person everyone on the jobsite naturally looks to.
The Lead Installer should be the person who can walk onto a project, earn the customer's confidence, organize the crew, solve problems before they become delays, and jump on the tools when another set of hands is needed.
You'll be the bridge between the field and the office, the eyes and ears on every project, making sure the work is completed safely, professionally, on schedule, and to the highest standard.
This isn't a job for someone who wants to sit behind a desk. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, earns the respect of their crew, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves when the job calls for it.
