What You'll Do
As the first point of contact for customers, you'll play an important role in ensuring they receive prompt, professional support. Every day is a little different, keeping the work engaging while remaining manageable and team-oriented.
Responsibilities include:
- Process customer requests received by phone and email accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate service appointments and dispatch field technicians
- Monitor open service requests and prioritize work to ensure timely customer support
- Answer customer questions regarding service visits, orders, shipments, supplies, and equipment
- Resolve routine customer concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain accurate customer records and update internal databases
- Review customer account activity and product usage to ensure accurate order fulfillment
- Track orders and provide customers with shipping and delivery updates
- Generate reports and document customer interactions
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues quickly and provide an outstanding customer experience
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and takes pride in delivering excellent service.
You'll be successful if you have:
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least one year of customer service, order processing, dispatch, account support, or administrative office experience
- Excellent communication and phone etiquette
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- The ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy
- Experience using CRM or customer management software is a plus
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
