TES Staffing is helping a Rochester company who specializes in helping elderly individuals and their families navigate major life changes, including downsizing and moving. When families are overwhelmed by a home full of belongings collected over decades, this team steps in with compassion, respect, and a willingness to help.

We're looking for dependable, hardworking people who understand that this work is about more than clearing out a house. It's about helping families move forward.
 

Every day is different! What You'll Do:

• Sorting household items into categories for sale, donation, recycling, or disposal
• Working with a team to clear homes room by room
• Moving furniture, boxes, and household belongings
• Preparing homes to be listed for sale
• Treating every family, home, and personal belonging with care and respect
• Helping create order during what can be a stressful and emotional time for clients

Flexible Schedule
We know life doesn't fit into a rigid schedule.

• Approximately 20–30 hours per week
• Monday through Friday, daytime hours (No nights or weekends!)
• Schedule varies week to week based on client projects
• As long as we know your availability, we work hard to schedule around it!

Pay & Perks

• $18.00 per hour
• Additional $3.50 per hour shift premium on assignments involving significant lifting, furniture removal, or other physically demanding work
• Opportunity for additional responsibility and growth over time

Requirements

• Reliable transportation around the Monroe County area (this role is unfortunately not bus friendly)
• Smartphone for communication and scheduling
• Ability to lift, carry, and move household items safely
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
• Background check required
