Compensation and Benefits:
Full time, Monday – Friday
Pay: Depending on experience, starting at $75k.

What You’ll Do
Project Leadership
- Take full ownership of large-scale, complex commercial flooring projects (including multi-story and institutional work like healthcare and large GC-driven builds)
- Manage projects from bidding and buyout through execution and closeout
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to company standards
- Navigate challenges in the field with confidence and decisiveness
- Serve as the primary point of contact for general contractors, clients, and field teams
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing GC partners and industry contacts
- Coordinate closely with field teams to ensure smooth execution and high-quality outcomes
- Participate in bidding, estimating handoff, and contract review
- Contribute to selling and securing work, leveraging existing relationships where possible
- Identify opportunities to expand business within current accounts
- Bring structure and consistency to project workflows
- Help refine and implement scalable processes
- Act as a resource and mentor to APMs (without direct supervisory responsibility)
- 7+ years of commercial construction project management experience (flooring strongly preferred)
- Proven ability to manage large, complex projects independently
- Strong field experience and practical understanding of installation and sequencing
- High-level organizational and project tracking skills
- Experience working with general contractors and managing subcontracted work
- Existing industry relationships (GCs, builders, or end users) is a strong plus
- Ability to contribute to bidding and light sales efforts (not a pure sales role, but commercially aware)
- Comfortable stepping into a role with autonomy and ownership from day one
- Seamlessly takes over and executes large, high-value projects
- Builds trust with GCs and field teams quickly
- Improves project flow and reduces friction across jobs
- Frees up leadership bandwidth by owning complex work independently
- Contributes to both project delivery and business growth
