TES Staffing, a locally owned and community-driven recruiting firm, is looking for a Recruitment & Talent Acquisition professional to join our team, focused exclusively on K-12 education staffing.

This is not your average recruiting role.

You will be dedicated to supporting our education division, partnering with public and private schools across the region to place professionals in roles ranging from special education and teaching staff to classroom support and everything in between. If it exists in a K-12 school, we recruit for it.
And we do it at scale.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Manage high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for K-12 school-based roles
  • Build strong pipelines of candidates across teaching, special education, and support staff
  • Partner closely with school districts and administrators to understand hiring needs
  • Screen, interview, and match candidates to the right environments
  • Move quickly and efficiently while maintaining quality and candidate experience
  • Collaborate with a tight-knit, high-performing team that truly has each other’s backs

The Details
🕗 Hours (Training): Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.  During the k-12 school year, hours are 6am-3p.
💰 Compensation: Base salary (paid weekly) + monthly commission on successful placements.  Average first year compensation is expected to be around $45-50k.
