TES Staffing is partnering with a growing, high-performing commercial flooring company to hire a Director of Sales & Project Management to lead revenue growth, oversee project execution, and drive operational excellence. This is a senior leadership role for someone who understands the commercial flooring business inside and out, from estimating to closeout, and is ready to take ownership of both sales performance and project delivery. What You’ll Own
Lead and grow the sales pipeline across commercial flooring projects
Oversee project management teams to ensure profitable, on-time delivery
Partner with estimating, operations, and field teams to drive execution
Build and maintain relationships with GCs, developers, and key clients
Develop strategy to scale revenue and improve margins
Mentor and lead a team of sales reps and project managers
What You Bring (Non-Negotiable)
Commercial flooring experience is required
Proven success in sales leadership, project management, or both
Strong understanding of:
Estimating
Bidding
Project lifecycle (pre-construction through closeout)
Experience working with GCs, architects, and commercial clients
Ability to lead teams and drive accountability
