Position Title: Summer Clerical Support

Job Description
TES Staffing in collaboration with Wayne-Finger Lakes BOCES is seeking Summer School Clerks for various schools throughout the region. What You'll Be Doing
- Prepare, type, and maintain important documents such as correspondence and reports
- Organize and manage filing systems (alphabetical, numerical, and personal)
- Communicate with staff, students, and families via phone, email, and in person
- Perform data entry and electronic searches using various systems
- Operate office equipment including computers, copiers, and fax machines
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations
- Assist wherever needed and work on an as-needed basis

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; AAS degree or higher preferred
- Minimum of two years of clerical or secretarial experience (volunteer experience counts)
- Must obtain and pass a background check through NYSED

- Newark/Lyons High (Grades 9–12, Newark HS)
- Newark/Lyons Middle School (Grades 6–8, Newark MS)
- Seneca-East Wayne County Middle School (Grades 7–8, Mynderse Academy)
Important Information
All clerical staff are required to attend a mandatory virtual training on July 1st from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM.
