We’re working with a well-established company seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant for their Rochester office. This role is perfect for someone dependable, organized, and looking for consistent hours in a supportive environment.
- What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll play a key role in keeping daily operations on track:
- Assist with scheduling, calendars, and team coordination
- Create and manage work orders and service tracking
- Communicate with clients and vendors (follow-ups, updates, confirmations)
- Support procurement tasks and order tracking
- Assist with invoicing coordination and administrative documentation
- Help manage inventory and support shipping/receiving
- Keep the office organized, stocked, and running smoothly

- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable using Google Workspace (Monday.com/QuickBooks a plus)
- Prior admin, customer service, or office experience preferred

- Typical shifts: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Fully in-office
- No evenings or weekends

- $19–$21/hour
