Client Support Specialist (Remote – Rochester, NY Area | Stable, Purpose-Driven Role)

What You’ll Do:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients in need of temporary housing
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound phone communication
- Coordinate housing and hotel placements nationwide
- Work with insurance companies, vendors, and clients to manage timelines
- Track extensions, approvals, and documentation requirements
- Maintain accurate records in internal systems
- Strong phone presence and communication skills (phone work is essential)
- Patience, empathy, and professionalism when working with people in crisis
- Reliability and consistency- you follow through and stay organized
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Comfort working independently in a remote setting
- Customer service, administrative support, insurance, property management, or coordination roles
- Experience balancing multiple priorities and working with detailed processes
- Fully remote (after initial in-office training)
- Supportive, team-oriented culture
- Structured workflow with clear expectations
- Monday–Thursday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST
- Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST
- Must live near Rochester, NY for initial training (Pittsford area)
- $20–$25/hour – depending on experience
- Monthly bonus opportunity (typically $400–$900)
- $350/month healthcare contribution
- 401(k) after 1 year
- PTO accrual up to 128 hours/year
