Project Manager – Innovative Workspace Projects (Direct Hire)

You’ll own projects from planning through completion, making sure everything runs smoothly, on time, and on budget:

What You’ll Do
You’ll own projects from planning through completion, making sure everything runs smoothly, on time, and on budget:
- Build and manage project budgets, schedules, and timelines
- Coordinate site logistics, deliveries, and installation sequencing
- Review project details, drawings, and order files to ensure accuracy before production
- Lead pre-installation meetings and align all stakeholders
- Be on-site regularly, working closely with general contractors and trades
- Oversee installation progress and ensure quality execution
- Collaborate with other trades to keep work aligned and moving forward
- Support RFIs and help resolve project questions quickly
- Manage punch lists/deficiencies and ensure clean project closeout
- Deliver final documentation and ensure a smooth handoff to the client
- You’re not stuck behind a desk, you’ll be actively involved on-site
- Work with a modern, efficient building system that reduces chaos and improves outcomes
- Projects move faster, with more predictability and less rework
- You’ll have real ownership and visibility across the full project lifecycle
- Experience managing commercial construction or interior projects
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders (GCs, trades, vendors)
- Comfortable reading drawings and managing project documentation
- Someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven
