Pay: $18–$20/hour - Contract to hire

TES Staffing is partnering with a global company. with a location in Henrietta, to recruit a detail-driven, solutions-oriented Contract Administrator II for their Rochester office.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and support assigned contract billing accounts from setup through ongoing maintenance

  • Review contract documentation for accuracy and ensure proper system setup

  • Maintain and update billing data including customer details, pricing, and contract terms

  • Analyze monthly billing reports, identify discrepancies, and take corrective action

  • Handle rebills, adjustments, cancellations, renewals, and contract amendments

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex billing issues with precision and urgency

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless contract transitions

  • Participate in client calls/meetings to represent contract administration and strengthen relationships

  • Monitor meter reads and ensure service-level billing requirements are met

  • Develop and track performance metrics to proactively resolve issues

  • Support additional projects and responsibilities as needed


What You Bring

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • 3+ years of experience across a combination of:

    • Contract administration or support

    • Billing/invoicing

    • Customer service

    • Reporting/analysis

  • Strong understanding of contract setup, billing processes, and transaction types

  • Experience handling complex billing scenarios and problem resolution

  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail

  • Strong communication skills; able to work effectively with clients and internal teams

  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel experience strongly preferred)

  • Proven critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
