About the Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Inside Sales Representative to join our Rochester-based team supporting the Michigan marketplace. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to break into sales or grow their career in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
This role comes with a built-in book of business, meaning you are not starting from scratch. By simply maintaining and servicing existing accounts, you can generate approximately $18,000 annually in additional commission—before factoring in any new business growth.

What You’ll Be Selling
You’ll represent a trusted leader in workplace technology and office solutions. From copiers and printers to workflow and document management solutions, you’ll be offering products that businesses rely on every day to operate efficiently.
This means:

  • You’re selling essential, high-demand products (not a “nice to have”)
  • You’ll work with an established customer base already using the company’s’ solutions
  • You’ll have real opportunities to upgrade, expand, and grow accounts
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Own and grow an existing customer base; your built-in commission engine
  • Make outbound calls to current customers and new prospects
  • Drive revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and new business development
  • Hit (and exceed) daily call and sales targets
  • Build strong relationships and become a trusted resource for your customers
  • Handle orders, returns, and customer requests with speed and accuracy
  • Keep your pipeline organized and your data up to date
  • Stay sharp on products and identify opportunities to sell more
What We’re Looking For
  • Someone who is hungry to earn and motivated by performance-based pay
  • Comfortable making calls; including cold calls
  • Strong communicator who can confidently engage customers over the phone
  • Persistent, energetic, and not afraid to hear “no”
  • Organized and able to keep up in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service (3+ years preferred)
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Excel and Word

Details:
Monday – Friday 8a-5p 
Base Salary $35,000-38,500
