About the Role

TES Staffing is assisting a customer, who is a home care agency supporting per diem, casual employees, and field staff. We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Credentialing & Compliance Coordinator to support our small but busy office team.

This is a contract role with strong potential for permanent hire for a candidate who demonstrates accuracy, ownership, and the ability to “crush” the contract period. If you thrive in organized, system-based work and enjoy ensuring everything is done correctly and on time, this could be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, audit, and maintain credentialing and compliance files for field staff

  • Ensure all required documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date

  • Check expiration dates, certifications, licenses, and required compliance items using internal checklists

  • Identify staff who are out of compliance and proactively contact them to advise on next steps

  • Assist with system clean-up and updates (data accuracy is critical)

  • Perform general administrative duties including:

    • Filing and document organization

    • Answering phones as needed

  • Support a very lean office team during a high-need period

What We’re Looking For

  • Exceptional attention to detail — this is critical

  • Experience with credentialing, compliance, auditing, or document review in a medical or healthcare setting (non-financial audit experience is ideal)

  • Comfortable working independently and managing repetitive, accuracy-based tasks

  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn internal systems quickly

  • Professional communication skills, especially when contacting field staff regarding compliance issues

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work onsite full-time

Training & Ramp-Up

  • Approximately 1 week of training

  • Followed by independent system work: reviewing files, validating dates, and entering data

  • Work is straightforward but requires consistency and focus

Why This Role Is a Great Opportunity

  • Immediate need — you’ll make an impact right away

  • Exposure to healthcare operations and compliance processes

  • Opportunity to be considered for permanent hire for someone who performs exceptionally well during the contract period

  • Stable hours, supportive environment, and meaningful work

Additional Notes

  • No direct client or customer interaction

  • Office-based role (no walk-in traffic)

  • Start ASAP
