Community Marketing & Experience Manager

Rochester, NY
Full-Time | $50,000–$60,000 annually + full benefits

Where Community, Brand, and Experience Come Together

Are you energized by people, storytelling, and creating memorable experiences? Do you love being the connector, the person who brings spaces, brands, and communities to life?

TES Staffing’s client is seeking a Community Marketing & Experience Manager to be the face, voice, and heartbeat of one of Rochester’s most dynamic residential communities. This role blends marketing, concierge style service, and event coordination into a highly visible, relationship-driven position with real ownership and creative input.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who wants hands on experience in marketing, community engagement, events, and brand-building, not a desk-bound admin role.

💼 Competitive salary + strong benefits package
