Pay: $18–$20/hr. (plus overtime eligibility)
Schedule: Monday–Friday shifts between 9:00 AM–9:00 PM
As a Support Specialist, you’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable point of contact who helps clients and team members find solutions. You’ll gain hands-on experience with customer service, communication, and technical troubleshooting — valuable skills that can open doors to future opportunities in tech, administration, or operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent service and support to clients, partners, and team members
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems
Learn to troubleshoot and resolve client issues with professionalism and empathy
Maintain accurate and organized records
Collaborate with your team to meet goals and deliver great results
Adapt to new tools and processes as you grow with the organization
You don’t need years of experience — just a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a desire to help others.
Ideal Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (some college a plus)
1–3 years of customer service, support, or office experience — or a strong interest in starting your career in this space
Comfort using Microsoft Office and general computer systems
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
A team-player mindset and eagerness to learn
