Support Specialist

TES Staffing

Are you looking to kickstart your career in a role where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to grow? Whether you’re a recent graduate ready to begin your professional journey or someone looking to transition into a new field, this role offers the perfect mix of hands-on experience, mentorship, and growth potential.

What’s in It for You

  • A supportive team that wants to see you succeed

  • Training and career development opportunities to help you build professional skills

  • A tech-forward, people-centered workplace that values innovation and initiative

  • Health benefits, paid time off, employee assistance program, and 401(k)

  • Pay: $18–$20/hr. (plus overtime eligibility)

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday shifts between 9:00 AM–9:00 PM

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Support Specialist, you’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable point of contact who helps clients and team members find solutions. You’ll gain hands-on experience with customer service, communication, and technical troubleshooting — valuable skills that can open doors to future opportunities in tech, administration, or operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent service and support to clients, partners, and team members

  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems

  • Learn to troubleshoot and resolve client issues with professionalism and empathy

  • Maintain accurate and organized records

  • Collaborate with your team to meet goals and deliver great results

  • Adapt to new tools and processes as you grow with the organization

Who We’re Looking For

You don’t need years of experience — just a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a desire to help others.

Ideal Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (some college a plus)

  • 1–3 years of customer service, support, or office experience — or a strong interest in starting your career in this space

  • Comfort using Microsoft Office and general computer systems

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational ability

  • A team-player mindset and eagerness to learn
