What You’ll Do
You’ll be the vital link between internal bases and teams; ensuring that equipment is operational, supplies are stocked, and operations run seamlessly. You’ll manage logistics and administration while keeping the company’s life saving missions fully equipped for action.
In this role, you will:

  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor relationships for critical medical equipment (e.g., monitors, ventilators, portable hospital devices).
  • Facilitate supply and equipment exchanges between bases (Syracuse, Rome, and beyond), traveling as needed.
  • Maintain fully stocked sites, ensuring each crew has what they need for every mission.
  • Submit and track purchase orders and manage vendor communications.
  • Support clinician hiring by coordinating skill assessments and documentation.
  • Handle high-volume communications across staff, leadership, and vendors.
  • Keep meticulous records of supply levels, equipment logs, and service schedules.
What You Bring
  • Strong background in administration, coordination, or logistics; healthcare experience a plus.
  • Outstanding organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while staying calm under pressure.
  • A collaborative, proactive mindset with an eye for detail.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally between base locations.
  • Familiarity with medical equipment or healthcare settings is helpful, but not required.
