TES Staffing is on the lookout for seasonal Food Service Crew Members to join one of Rochester’s largest and most well-known organizations for the current semester! Whether you're looking to gain valuable kitchen experience or already have a passion for great food and fast-paced environments, this role offers a chance to be part of a dynamic dining team during a busy and exciting time of year.
Pay Rate: $17.00/hr, weekly payroll
Scheduling is predominantly mornings (ex: 6a-2p, 7a-3p) with nights and weekends offered upon necessity. Many shifts are ASAP or same day.

What You’ll Do:
No two days are the same! You’ll be providing relief coverage and rotating through key areas of the kitchen, gaining hands-on experience with:
- Prepping fresh ingredients and scratch cooking
- Serving and restocking meals for students
- Dish room support, table clearing, and light janitorial work
- Deep cleaning projects to keep everything spotless
- Following food safety protocols and keeping a clean workspace
- Customer service, assisting students with dietary needs
What We’re Looking For:
- 1 year of recent experience in food service, dietary, or related field (preferred but not required)
- 18 years or older
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs, stand for 8hrs, and bend.
- Dependable, punctual, and a team player
- Comfortable following instructions and working independently
- ServSafe certification not required
