TES Staffing, in partnership with the Rochester City School District, is seeking a skilled Oracle Cloud Support Specialist to support a high-profile, district-wide Oracle Cloud transition. Reports directly to a Technology Supervisor with expertise in Oracle and district operations.
Partners closely with HRl, Finance, Payroll, and other Oracle Cloud stakeholders.
Provide day-to-day Oracle Cloud user support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Ensure payroll, HR, and finance processes run accurately and on time.
Support testing, validation, and rollout of new system fixes and enhancements.
Track and document issues, escalating when necessary.
Deliver training and guidance to end users for smoother adoption.
Collaborate with district staff, vendors, and community partners to align system improvements with organizational needs.
Assist with departmental program administration, including monitoring, evaluation, and compliance reporting.
Supervise project staff and manage workflow when required.
You meet one of the following education/experience pathways:
Option A: Master’s in Behavioral Sciences, Human Services, Public/Business Administration, Public Health, or related field + 2 years of administrative/supervisory experience.
Option B: Bachelor’s in one of the above fields + 3 years of related experience (2 years in admin/supervisory capacity).
Option C: Bachelor’s in any field + 4 years of related experience (2 years in admin/supervisory capacity).
Option D: Equivalent combination of training and experience.
Additional Skills We Value:
Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud (HR, Finance, or Payroll modules preferred).
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Clear communicator—able to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
Familiarity with public sector or education settings is a plus.
