TES Staffing, in partnership with the Rochester City School District, is seeking a skilled Oracle Cloud Support Specialist to support a high-profile, district-wide Oracle Cloud transition. Reporting Structure

  • Reports directly to a Technology Supervisor with expertise in Oracle and district operations.

  • Partners closely with HRl, Finance, Payroll, and other Oracle Cloud stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide day-to-day Oracle Cloud user support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.

  • Ensure payroll, HR, and finance processes run accurately and on time.

  • Support testing, validation, and rollout of new system fixes and enhancements.

  • Track and document issues, escalating when necessary.

  • Deliver training and guidance to end users for smoother adoption.

  • Collaborate with district staff, vendors, and community partners to align system improvements with organizational needs.

  • Assist with departmental program administration, including monitoring, evaluation, and compliance reporting.

  • Supervise project staff and manage workflow when required.

What You Bring

You meet one of the following education/experience pathways:

  • Option A: Master’s in Behavioral Sciences, Human Services, Public/Business Administration, Public Health, or related field + 2 years of administrative/supervisory experience.

  • Option B: Bachelor’s in one of the above fields + 3 years of related experience (2 years in admin/supervisory capacity).

  • Option C: Bachelor’s in any field + 4 years of related experience (2 years in admin/supervisory capacity).

  • Option D: Equivalent combination of training and experience.

Additional Skills We Value:

  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud (HR, Finance, or Payroll modules preferred).

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

  • Clear communicator—able to bridge technical and non-technical teams.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities.

  • Familiarity with public sector or education settings is a plus.

Special Requirements

  • Must receive clearance from the New York State Education Department 

Term & Compensation

  • Temporary 10-month, full-time appointment (with potential for renewal or extension).

  • Salary: $105,000–$115,000
