TES Staffing is on the lookout for Food Service Crew Members to join one of Rochester’s largest and most well-known organizations for the current semester! Whether you're looking to gain valuable kitchen experience or already have a passion for great food and fast-paced environments, this role offers a chance to be part of a dynamic dining team. Scheduling is per diem (day to day) and is great for individuals looking for a second job, extra income, or flexible scheduling.

Pay Rate: $17.00/hr, weekly payroll
Scheduling is mostly mornings (6a-2p, 7a-3p) with some nights and weekends offered. Shifts are on call with the potential to get into a set schedule if available.

What You’ll Do:
No two days are the same! You’ll be providing relief coverage and rotating through key areas of the kitchen, gaining hands-on experience with:

• Prepping fresh ingredients and scratch cooking
• Serving and restocking meals for students
• Dish room support, table clearing, and light janitorial work
• Deep cleaning projects to keep everything spotless
• Following food safety protocols and keeping a clean workspace
• Customer service, assisting students with dietary needs

What We’re Looking For:

• 1 year of recent experience in food service, dietary, or related field (preferred but not required)
• 18 years or older
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs, stand for 8hrs, and bend.
• Dependable, punctual, and a team player
• Comfortable following instructions and working independently
• ServSafe certification not required
