Title Attorney
TES Staffing is proud to partner with a premier title insurance company in their search for a Title Attorney. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented, motivated legal professional to join a growing team and play a key role in ensuring smooth and successful real estate transactions.
As a Title Attorney, you will leverage your legal expertise to research, analyze, and resolve complex title matters. You will work both independently and collaboratively, using underwriting guidelines to determine the best course of action while supporting employees, clients, and customers with clarity and professionalism.
Respond to inquiries from internal team members and clients regarding title insurability.
Prepare and/or review documents required for closing real estate transactions, including affidavits, deeds, and escrow agreements.
Collaborate with title insurance underwriters to resolve escalated title and curative issues.
Provide timely support via email and phone to clients and customers with questions.
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
Admission to the state bar (or pending admission if a recent graduate).

Strong research, analytical, and writing skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with property records, title insurance, and escrow procedures.
Solid knowledge of real estate terminology, documentation, and transaction processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well under pressure.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
Pay Rate: Negotiable, starting at $80,000/yr.
Location: Warwick, RI (This is an in-office position; candidates must live within a commutable distance).
