TES Staffing is on the lookout for enthusiastic, reliable Food Service Crew Members to join one of Rochester’s largest and most well-known organizations for the Fall 2025 semester! Whether you're looking to gain valuable kitchen experience or already have a passion for great food and fast-paced environments, this role offers a chance to be part of a dynamic dining team.

Pay Rate: $16.50/hour - Paid weekly
Scheduling is per diem and flexible, including on call if desired. Full time and part time available.
Start date: August 2025

What You’ll Do:
No two days are the same! You’ll rotate through key areas of the kitchen, gaining hands-on experience with:

• Prepping fresh ingredients and scratch cooking
• Serving and restocking meals for students
• Dish room support, table clearing, and light janitorial work
• Deep cleaning projects to keep everything spotless
• Following food safety protocols and keeping a clean workspace
• Customer service, assisting students with dietary needs

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of recent experience in food service (preferred but not required)
• 18 years or older
• Dependable, punctual, and a team player
• Comfortable following instructions and working independently
• ServSafe certification not required
